With more than 106 locations that specialize in engraving, glass engraving, embroidery and key cutting, our knowledgeable and well trained staff are ready to provide 'superior solutions' to your gift buying needs.

We guarantee all of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will completely refund the cost of your product (excluding engraved or embroidered items). Should we make an error in processing your order, we will make the shipping arrangements to have the product returned and assume related charges.

Returns and Refunds

We believe in our products. We believe in our service. We believe in you. This is why our exchange and refund policy offers you the following: We would be happy to exchange, refund or offer you a Gift Card for purchases that meet all of the following criteria:

• Returned within 60 days of purchase
• Accompanied by a receipt
• In original condition and packaging
• Non-engraved or embroidered items only
• Should a receipt not be present, we would be happy to offer a Gift Card or exchange for non-engraved product returned in its original condition and packaging. The current selling price will be the value that is applied.

If you made a purchase in a retail store or kiosk, please return to the store to determine your return/refund status. If you made a purchase online you may also go to a store location near you (with a copy of your invoice) and seek return/refund information. Coupons and Discounts

While shopping our retail locations across Canada (find a location near you), we currently offer the following discounts:

• Seniors Discount - Any person over the age of 60 is eligible for a 10% discount when shopping in any of our retail locations. This discount does not apply to online sales.
• Military Discount - Any military personnel, with supporting documentation, is eligible for a 10% discount when shopping in any of our retail locations. This discount does not apply to online sales.
• Wedding Party Discount - When you spend $300 or more on your bridal party gifts at one time, you will receive a 10% discount on all gifts and services, when shopping in any of our retail locations. This discount does not apply to online sales.

• Corporate Discounts - See below
• Coupons - From time to time we may offer special coupons to our customers. Coupons could be for in-store or online purchases. The best way to learn about our coupons is to join our email newsletter and follow us on Twitter and Facebook.

Corporate Orders

Corporate customers looking to purchase a quantity of 25 or more are always welcome. We keep a large supply of corporate inventory on hand to service our customers quickly.

Volume Discounts

A 10% volume discount applies to any sale of 10-24 pieces of one product. This applies only to regular priced product with the exception of Kate Aspen Wedding Favours (which have a different volume discount rate). The volume discount applies to any customer who purchases a minimum quantity of 10 and a maximum quantity of 24 of the same item. Quantities of 25+ will be treated as a corporate sale purchase. Please note that volume discounts only apply to retail purchases in a store or kiosk (not online sales).
