Returns and Refunds

We believe in our products. We believe in our service. We believe in you. This is why our exchange and refund policy offers you the following: We would be happy to exchange, refund or offer you a Gift Card for purchases that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Returned within 60 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by a receipt
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Non-engraved or embroidered items only
  • Should a receipt not be present, we would be happy to offer a Gift Card or exchange for non-engraved product returned in its original condition and packaging. The current selling price will be the value that is applied.

If you made a purchase in a retail store or kiosk, please return to the store to determine your return/refund status. If you made a purchase online you may also go to a store location near you (with a copy of your invoice) and seek return/refund information.
